The 2012 Redevelopment

The most striking addition was the neon artwork installed across the front of the building — a luminous line of colour that reflects onto the water by night. The piece has since become a local landmark, featured in countless photographs and social posts, and has helped redefine the theatre’s presence on the city skyline.
